Here are my policies, please read upon booking and before your appointments. — NO foreign fills. — NO extra guests, only 1:1 appointments. — Smoking/Alcohol is PROHIBITED here at It Girl Suites. — Avoid caffeine 3 hours before your appointment. — NO lash strips, clusters, or eye makeup 2-4 days prior to your appointments. — Avoid oily skin care products day of appointment. — Must come in with BARE lashes if fullset is the only thing booked. — Will not work over damaged lashes. — If sick, please reschedule. — If you have cold sores, wear a mask (mandatory) or reschedule. — Anything before/after my working hours will include a squeeze in fee of $25. — Upon arrival, please wait in the waiting lobby! (Walk in, walk down the aisle, to your left) Once ready, I’m located in Suite #2. — Deposits are MANDATORY & go towards your service. — $20 Non-Refundable deposit via Zelle to ⤷ itgirlesthetic@gmail.com — Remaining balances may be paid exact cash, Zelle, and Apple Pay. — Apple Pay will have a fee of 5% (due to the service fee) — Must cancel within 72hrs to use same deposit to reschedule. — Cancellations that happen after the 72hr window will require a new deposit to book + 25% same day cancellation FEE. — Only a 7 minute grace period. After 7 minutes it is a $10 extra charge, 13 minutes results in a cancellation. — Only 1 reschedule is allowed with the same deposit within the cancellation window of 72hrs +, if the rescheduled appointment must be changed again, you will lose that deposit and need to provide a new one!Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
IT GIRL ESTHETIC knows things happen & sometimes we aren’t able to show up. For my protection & my policy, I do charge a 35% cancellation fee if cancellation is made 24 hours before or day off appointment. Please contact to reschedule if inconvenience does happen!
